Container transport is what we do. CONTAINERSHIPS is a container transport company; we operate throughout Europe and within the Mediterranean with our own fleet of sea-going vessels. We have been expanding our short sea shipping services both internationally and in quality for 45 years, providing reliable and cost-effective container transport services. Our professional and experienced staff  work from 21 offices to ensure that your cargo reaches its destination quickly and safely; we work with you proactively to plan the most cost effective and environmentally friendly route. CONTAINERSHIPS operates 13 container vessels including 1A ice-classed vessels.  In Finland, the United Kingdom, Russia and Lithuania we maintain our own truck fleet, and we operate from our dedicated terminals in Helsinki, Kotka, Ghent and St. Petersburg. We also use our own unique fleet of 14.000 containers including 20’, 40’ and 45’ Pallet Wide, High Cube, Open Side, Open Top, Flat Rack and Reefer containers, which provides our customers with the flexibility needed to transport goods of all shapes and sizes.
